In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse group of systems, software, and hardware engineers to bring our innovative vehicle concepts to life, ranging from small mechanical assemblies to complete next-generation powertrains.
Responsibilities
- Construct and deliver functional prototypes and physical systems, ensuring every build meets strict specifications and timelines.
- Serve as a technical resource for the team by debugging and troubleshooting complex issues across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to document project objectives, provide status updates, and ensure alignment across all engineering disciplines.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a fabricator or technician, ideally with a background in building complex prototypes like vehicles, aircraft, or marine vessels.
- Proven expertise in electric powertrains and a wide range of electrical and mechanical fabrication techniques.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- A high school diploma is required, though an Associate degree or technical certification from an accredited automotive institution is preferred.

- Financial security through a 401(k) plan with a company match, as well as employer-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance.
- Generous paid time off, including vacation days and holidays aligned with the Federal schedule.
