The role

We are seeking a Senior Protocol Integrations Engineer to join our remote-first, globally distributed team on a full-time basis. This is a high-impact position for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. While we do not require you to be based in a specific time zone, our team primarily operates within US and European hours. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our protocol and the innovative projects building on top of it.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with development teams at high-profile projects to define technical specifications, assist with integration efforts, and provide consistent developer support.
• Design and refine our project onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition from initial engagement to a successful production launch.
• Build functional proofs of concept and technical examples that demonstrate the capabilities of our technology to the wider developer community.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in the blockchain space and a passion for collaborative innovation. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience building projects and participating in hackathons within the blockchain ecosystem.
• Deep proficiency in Solidity, including a comprehensive understanding of security best practices.
• Hands-on familiarity with Ethereum dApp and wallet development paradigms, alongside industry-standard tools like Ethers, Hardhat, and Foundry.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Bonus points for experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, or a background in building developer-facing products.
