Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time in the office with the flexibility of working from home to ensure we maintain our supportive and connected culture.
Your impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in creating persuasive proposals and presentations that highlight our unique value and differentiate us from the competition.
- Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, including content creation and publishing using Adobe InDesign, while collaborating with graphic designers to ensure a polished final product.
- Supervise, mentor, and support members of our marketing team to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality output across all four of our client market segments.
What you'll need
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, specifically with a proven track record in leading proposal development efforts.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, or Communications.
- Strong technical proficiency in Adobe InDesign and experience managing data within a CRM system.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English.
- A passion for mentoring others and a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
