Role at a glance

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing time in the office with the flexibility of working from home to ensure we maintain our supportive and connected culture.

Your impact

Lead cross-functional teams in creating persuasive proposals and presentations that highlight our unique value and differentiate us from the competition.
Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, including content creation and publishing using Adobe InDesign, while collaborating with graphic designers to ensure a polished final product.
Supervise, mentor, and support members of our marketing team to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality output across all four of our client market segments.

What you'll need

At least 10 years of relevant experience, specifically with a proven track record in leading proposal development efforts.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, or Communications.
Strong technical proficiency in Adobe InDesign and experience managing data within a CRM system.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English.
A passion for mentoring others and a drive to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
