Role at a glance
We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere. You will play a vital role in our business development efforts, ensuring our proposals are not only compliant but also reflect the high quality our clients expect.
Your impact
- Take the lead on developing proposal responses, working both independently and in close collaboration with our regional pursuit teams.
- Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, including creating schedules, tracking action items, maintaining compliance matrices, and ensuring final production meets our deadlines.
- Partner with our marketing and operations teams to conduct market research, manage client intelligence in our CRM, and create compelling collateral for presentations and bids.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on organizational skills. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in proposal development, ideally within the pharma or biotech sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with experience using CRM software to manage data.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and deadlines are tight.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional demeanor that allows you to collaborate effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
- A flexible approach to your work schedule, as you will be supporting global teams across different time zones.
