We are a well-established firm based in Bristol, and we are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team. We are now seeking a dedicated person to manage a large portfolio of student properties for a single landlord, ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained at all times.
About the Role
This is a full-time position for a Property Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a significant student housing portfolio. We need someone who is ready to take ownership of their tasks and contribute to the overall success of our property management operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all general administrative duties, including the preparation of move-in and move-out documentation.
- Coordinate property maintenance by scheduling repairs and negotiating directly with contractors to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Conduct regular property inspections and inventories while ensuring full compliance with all relevant housing legislation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and personal attributes:
- At least 12 months of prior experience in property management.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve problems quickly.
- A professional and personable demeanor, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and handle the demands of a challenging environment.
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle, as the role requires travel for property inspections.
Location
This position is based in the United Kingdom, specifically at our office in Bristol.
