This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all facets of multi-family housing, from initial leasing to high-level financial oversight. As you progress, you will rotate through key roles, building the expertise needed to eventually manage your own property and potentially oversee a portfolio of communities as an Area Manager.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position structured as a multi-stage training program. You will begin your journey by learning our operational standards, moving through the roles of Leasing Consultant and Assistant Property Manager, before stepping into the position of Property Manager. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to build a career in real estate and property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Master our internal systems and leasing methods while ensuring full compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
- Drive property performance by managing leasing activities, marketing to local businesses, and maintaining high standards for community presentation.
- Oversee financial health by processing invoices, managing rent collection, and assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and property reports.
Requirements
To succeed in this program, you should have a strong interest in real estate and customer service. While this is an entry-level program for students, you must be prepared for the following:
- A willingness to relocate as required by the program, as you will likely be placed at properties outside of your current city.
- Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn Yardi property management software.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors, and team members.
- A commitment to learning financial reporting, budgeting, and property operations.
- Fluency in English.

We are committed to supporting your professional growth and personal well-being throughout the program. Our benefits package includes:
- A furnished one-bedroom apartment provided upon your first relocation.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance.
- A company-matching 401k plan.
