What you bring

As our Project Management Team Lead, you will take on a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for defining our strategic growth, professionalizing our project methodologies, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex implementations. Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching a team of project managers to ensure they work with precision and enthusiasm.
• Developing and refining our project management approach, including our internal methodologies and reporting structures.
• Taking active ownership of complex client projects by managing budgets, scope, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses extensive experience in leading ERP and CRM implementation projects, ideally within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. You should have a proven track record as a team lead, mentor, or coach in a project-driven environment. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on structure, focuses on results, and maintains the flexibility to adapt when challenges arise. You must be highly customer-oriented, capable of taking responsibility, and able to communicate fluently in both Dutch and English.
