The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the successful delivery of complex enterprise solutions. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that everything stays aligned with our contractual commitments while maintaining high standards of quality. By bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, you will ensure that our solutions are adopted effectively and that our projects consistently meet their objectives.

A day in the life

• You will facilitate project meetings, set clear agendas, and document action items to keep our internal teams and clients perfectly synced on timelines and deliverables.
• You will lead end-to-end integration projects for ServiceNow, ensuring that all technical governance and best practices are followed throughout the process.
• You will proactively manage project risks and scope, creating detailed status reports and scorecards that provide transparency and keep our stakeholders informed.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep background in project management and a passion for technology. You have a proven track record of delivering results in fluid, fast-paced environments. To be successful here, you should bring the following:

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in project management, ideally supported by a PMP or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing ServiceNow integration projects, including work with ITSM, CMDB, and workflow automation.
• Over 10 years of industry experience delivering mobility software solutions to global clients.
• Proficiency with essential project management tools, including Jira, SharePoint, Smartsheet, and the MS Suite.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
