At CLS, we serve as the trusted hub of the global FX ecosystem, processing trillions of dollars in currency daily to make markets safer and more efficient. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, hybrid basis to lead critical IT infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects, including security enhancements, application upgrades, and network solutions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, business cases, and resource strategies while ensuring alignment with our internal governance frameworks.
- Manage project budgets, scope, and timelines to ensure all business benefits are realized and measurable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across IT security, architecture, risk, and testing teams.
- Direct virtual project teams and external consultants, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and provide regular status reports to senior management and steering boards.
- Mentor junior staff members and champion project management standards across the organization.
Must-haves
- Significant experience managing corporate infrastructure change programs within large organizations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects with budgets exceeding £1m.
- Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft-based infrastructure, Linux/Unix environments, cloud services, and security.
- Expertise in project documentation and proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate business benefits to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional project management certification, such as PRINCE2, PMI, APM, or MSP.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience using PlanView or similar project portfolio management tools.
- Background in Six Sigma methodologies.
