About the Role:

• As a Project manager (all genders) you will support and potentially lead business-critical initiatives and  projects end-to-end, and/or with the support of more senior colleagues.
• You will assess, analyze the project scope, requirements, critical path, risks, constraints, dependencies, and stakeholder/interface groups
• In setting up projects, you will establish and operate the project/program governance and reporting and support optimizations and improvements to the overall process.
• In a dynamic project landscape, you can prioritize, focus, and get things done.
• You quickly identify critical success factors and provide clarity to the project team and stakeholders.
• You are a natural communicator (written and spoken), an active listener, and exhibit strong situational leadership. Using your refined soft skills, you can autonomously find and engage the right people to support delivery of projects on time, scope, quality, priority, and with respect to risk management and resource constraints.
• You quickly establish and care for stakeholder relationships. You can communicate effectively with stakeholders and sponsors with data-driven recommendations, often thinking two steps ahead, and are able to persuade and challenge assumptions based on due
  diligence from the initiative.
• You are solutions-driven, know how to manage disagreements constructively, and will leave your ego at the door.
  

About you

• You have at least 3-5 years of end-to-end project and program management experience. 
• You have managed delivery of cross-functional projects across business, technology, and digital product, with agile teams and in traditional project management environments.
• You work with cross functional teams and owners to define problems, business requirements, priority, acceptance criteria, performance standards, and establish goals for individual projects that involve multi-disciplinary teams across multiple business units.
• You have basic working knowledge of Excel, reporting tools and are comfortable using them to support project tracking.  
• You can expect to be a go-to resource & consultant on projects you do not own, and act as project management and business impact expert.
  
• You work at all functional levels within the organization, such as Product, Design, Engineering, business unit Head & Executive Management.
• You’re a passionate, self-starting team player, and an expert in managing priorities and constructively managing conflict with functional teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• You are fully accountable for your tasks, and work in an independent and structured manner. Together with your peers you seek to continuously improve project management practices.
• You are an innovator by heart and can assimilate and contribute to better ways of working.
• You can put new tools and concepts into practice in a diverse, growing organization.
• You are self-aware and display empathy and support to the wellbeing of your colleagues/teams.
• You can regularly reflect on your own work and can share and accept constructive feedback.
• You speak fluent English and German
