Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Germany, offering you the flexibility to balance your time between the office and working remotely. You will play a vital role in driving our business-critical initiatives from start to finish.
Your impact
- Take ownership of end-to-end project management, including assessing scope, identifying critical paths, and managing risks and dependencies.
- Establish robust project governance and reporting frameworks to ensure our processes are efficient and continuously improving.
- Act as a bridge between cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and executive leadership, to provide data-driven recommendations and clear project direction.
What you'll need
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in both agile and traditional environments.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and various reporting tools to track project performance effectively.
- Fluency in both English and German, as you will be communicating with diverse stakeholders across our organization.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate disagreements constructively and lead with empathy.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a structured and independent approach to your work.
