We are looking for a dedicated Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. Our organization focuses on navigating complex change initiatives, and we need someone who can bridge the gap between our technology teams, operations, and front office partners to ensure our projects are delivered successfully.
What you'll be doing
- You will act as the primary lead for change initiatives, coordinating efforts across our technology, operations, and support departments.
- You will collaborate directly with end users to gather functional requirements and oversee the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing.
- You will maintain clear visibility on project health by tracking delivery status, managing risks, and providing consistent reporting to stakeholders.

- A proven track record of delivering projects according to plan while adhering to structured project management methods.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, test preparation, and test execution through close partnership with subject matter experts.

- A solid understanding of operational processing within Global Markets.
- Fluency in English to facilitate clear documentation and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in change management, risk management, and formal project reporting.
