Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service digital agency and content studio that partners with major movie studios, television networks, streaming services, and consumer brands. We specialize in social-first marketing campaigns that combine fan activations, original content, paid media, and influencer partnerships. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our remote team on a temporary basis and help deliver high-quality campaigns for our clients across the United States.
Key outcomes
- Build and maintain campaign timelines and deliverable schedules that are first approved internally and then shared with clients.
- Coordinate internal stakeholder approvals for creative work and ensure all feedback is documented and communicated through Airtable.
- Perform quality assurance checks so that every deliverable meets company standards and adheres to campaign-specific aesthetics and branding guidelines.
- Monitor project management tools to confirm tasks are completed, reviewed, and properly closed out.
- Provide accurate project estimates and collaborate with internal teams to meet overall campaign objectives.
- Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Three to five years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with proven capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in the social media space, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proficiency with project management software and comfort using tools such as Airtable, Slack, and Google Sheets.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Residence in the United States and authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation
This is a temporary, fully remote position. In addition to the opportunity to contribute to high-profile social media campaigns, the role offers the flexibility of remote work.
