Project Manager at Tombras

We are Tombras, a national, full-service advertising agency with over 400 employees and a deep digital mindset. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in either Knoxville or Atlanta, you will work within a tight-knit, creative department that has earned recognition from industry leaders like AdAge and Fast Company. Our team thrives on collaboration, and we are looking for a motivated professional who can help us maintain our high standards while navigating the fast-paced world of social media and advertising.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned social media accounts, including the development of monthly and quarterly content calendars and the daily production of posts.
• Serve as the primary bridge between our account executives, creative, video, and digital teams to establish clear project milestones, schedules, and delivery dates.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and vendor relationships while proactively identifying and solving any issues that could impact our deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Three to five years of professional experience in project management and print production, ideally within an advertising agency setting.
• A solid understanding of social marketing, various social platforms, and the intricacies of design and video production processes.
• Strong attention to detail with proven quality proofing skills.
• Proficiency in working with Mac-based applications.
• Experience with NetSuite project management software is considered a significant plus.
