We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to help us maintain our high standards of innovation and excellence.
What you'll be doing
- You will act as the primary point of contact for our external clients, working closely with them to define project specifications and ensure their expectations are fully met.
- You will coordinate across our internal departments to ensure that every stage of production remains accurate and stays on schedule.
- You will take ownership of project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies, while also traveling to customer sites to oversee installations and ensure successful project delivery.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in manufacturing or a related technical field. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Between 4 and 6 years of experience in project management, specifically within manufacturing or similar industries.
- A degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline, with an MBA or PMP certification considered an advantage.
- A proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects in sectors like aerospace, agriculture, or manufacturing.
- Strong financial acumen, including the ability to perform detailed cost analysis and effective risk mitigation.
- Exceptional communication skills, a high level of accountability, and a natural ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Full proficiency in English.
