We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Empire, we specialize in high-end residential projects, and we need a dedicated leader to oversee the entire lifecycle of our work, from initial design and budgeting to final installation and project closeout.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the daily execution for assigned residential projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure every milestone is met on time.
- Proactively manage risks and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects moving forward.
- Coordinate across departments, including design, procurement, warehouse, and installation teams.
- Create and manage project budgets while tracking expenditures to prevent cost variances.
- Work with our design team to ensure all outputs align with client needs and internal quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for execution-related communication and client feedback.
- Oversee procurement to ensure orders match designs and arrive on schedule.
- Supervise installation preparation and provide real-time problem-solving on-site.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks and manage the final project closeout process.
- Contribute to our continuous improvement efforts by refining processes and operational workflows.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in Project Management, specifically within residential design and construction.
- Proven ability to handle Budget Management and complex scheduling.
- Strong background in Risk Management and Quality Control.
- Exceptional skills in Client Communication and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency in English.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate issues before they impact the project.
