We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in the Netherlands. At WP Haton, we specialize in high-quality bakery equipment, and you will play a vital role in ensuring our order management processes run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Take full internal ownership of the planning, coordination, and monitoring of our entire order management system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating clear communication across our Engineering, Purchasing, Assembly, and Shipping departments.
- Track order statuses to ensure every project is executed correctly and delivered on time.
- Participate in internal project meetings and provide status updates or presentations on active orders as needed.
- Collaborate closely with our Project Account Managers to align on project goals and timelines.
Must-haves
- A degree at the HBO level in a technical field or operations research with a strong technical background.
- A genuine interest in technology paired with sharp operational skills.
- The ability to translate creative ideas into concrete, actionable technical plans.
- A structured, pragmatic, and organized approach to your daily work.
- A hands-on mentality with the ability to communicate quickly and make decisions effectively.
- Basic proficiency in the English language.
