What you bring
We are searching for a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our construction projects, ensuring that every phase meets our high standards for quality, budget, and scheduling. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Planning and scheduling resources to ensure projects are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Managing and coordinating the daily work of subcontractors and trade partners to ensure strict adherence to architectural plans and safety regulations.
- Overseeing the performance of your project team, including superintendents and engineers, while managing client expectations and financial reporting.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of Project Management, Financial Accounting, and Dispute Resolution. We value candidates who are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. You must be a clear communicator with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple moving parts under pressure. A strong background in construction administration is essential, as you will be responsible for permits, contracts, and technical reporting.
