We are Cuningham, a forward-thinking design firm dedicated to creating regenerative solutions that prioritize social and ecological well-being. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help us pursue our purpose by leading the design process across all project phases, ensuring our teams work efficiently to deliver exceptional results for our clients. This is a hybrid position based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Guide and manage small to medium-sized project teams to ensure successful outcomes that align with our firmwide initiatives and client goals.
- Collaborate with Project Executives to define project scopes, schedules, and fee structures while developing comprehensive proposals.
- Oversee the financial health of your projects by monitoring budgets, managing consultant and owner contracts, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in architecture and project management. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, along with an active architecture license, preferably in the state of California.
- At least 10 years of professional experience within the AEC industry, including a proven track record of working with OSHPD/HCAI projects in California.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading technical and design staff.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools including MS Office, AIA Contracts, and project management software like MS Project or Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration and design platforms such as Revit, BIM 360, Miro, and Microsoft Teams.
