Project Manager at Trilogy Federal

Trilogy Federal is a firm dedicated to providing financial management, information technology consulting, and strategic program management services to federal agencies. We have a long history of helping our clients modernize their operations and achieve ambitious business goals through targeted expertise and full life cycle support. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is remote, allowing you to work from home while supporting a large federal agency with a focus on planning, execution, and quality. Please note that this position may require domestic travel approximately three times per year for one-week durations.

Responsibilities

• Establish, manage, and optimize a Project Management Office to ensure best practices and standardized methodologies are applied consistently across all initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams by defining project scope, developing detailed schedules and budgets, and managing risks to ensure successful outcomes that align with organizational objectives.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and model processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior or lead project management capacity.
• An active PMP certification.
• Proven ability to set up and manage a PMO, combined with strong skills in business analysis and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate stakeholder relationships.
• The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
