What is this role?
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Learning Services team on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of project lifecycles. You will be instrumental in coordinating resources and ensuring our clients receive exceptional results as we continue to innovate in the education technology space.
What will you do?
- Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently while monitoring utilization to maintain high productivity.
- Identify potential project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery and minimize disruptions.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience working in a client-facing environment. We value candidates who are self-starters and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should be comfortable communicating in English and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence when working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proven expertise in Project Management, Resource Management, and Risk Mitigation.
- Experience with Learning Development and Communications Planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools, specifically Pivot Tables and PowerPoint.
- Strong skills in SmartSheet for creating custom reporting dashboards.
- A post-secondary degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and a PMP or CAPM certification is considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, OpenAir, or PowerBI is a plus.
