Project Manager at Ocado Logistics

Our Ocado Smart Platform is the engine behind highly automated Customer Fulfilment Centres, allowing us to provide efficient, single-pick online grocery delivery services. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid capacity to help us drive our technology mission forward and support the continued growth of our international clients.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead and influence cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of critical technology projects.
• You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, tracking, and execution of projects while facilitating collaboration across the business.
• You will manage stakeholders, risks, and potential issues to ensure our solutions align with our high standards and project goals.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in technology product development, ideally within software, automation, or hardware engineering. You are comfortable managing complex, high-risk projects in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of bringing products from initial concept to realization. You are proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and understand how to navigate structured stage-gated development processes. Furthermore, you have experience managing project budgets and presenting compelling, evidence-based insights to senior stakeholders to drive consensus. You are a fluent English speaker who thrives on sharing knowledge and solving problems.
