Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in Canada. You will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initial requirements and architecture discussions to final deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Your impact
- You will take charge of resource allocation and establish the governance frameworks necessary to ensure effective decision-making across all active projects.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their accounts, gathering feedback, and ensuring their needs are reflected in our team backlog.
- You will drive our Agile and Scrum processes, managing daily stand-ups, prioritizing team tasks, and continuously improving our internal workflows.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator who is comfortable working in both English and French. We are looking for someone who brings a deep understanding of project management methodologies and a technical mindset. Key requirements include:
- Proven experience managing projects within Microsoft Dynamics, including budget tracking and project traceability.
- A strong background in Agile environments and a commitment to participating in Scrum teams.
- The ability to contribute to the development of a PMO by documenting and refining our delivery processes.
- A forward-thinking attitude that keeps you current with emerging technologies and encourages you to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
