In this role, you will be the driving force behind our diverse initiatives, ensuring that our projects move seamlessly from initial concept to successful deployment. You will work closely with our leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of quality while managing budgets and timelines effectively.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Algeria. As a Project Manager, you will wear many hats, acting as a product, digital, and marketing lead depending on the specific needs of the business. Your primary objective is to oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that every phase is executed with precision and that all stakeholders remain aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, define clear objectives, and establish realistic budgets to guide our teams toward successful outcomes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, clients, vendors, and end users to ensure transparent communication and project alignment.
- Manage, mentor, and support our internal teams while securing the necessary resources, including labor, materials, and technology, to meet project requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a mastery of professional project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in digital tools and professional social media management.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and French.
- An extremely organized mindset paired with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to synthesize market and competitor data to create relevant, actionable strategies.
Location
This position is located in Algeria and requires an on-site presence.
