We are Secture, a dedicated team of over 40 technology professionals focused on delivering high-quality software products and services. We are looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our fully remote team, where we prioritize technical excellence, agile methodologies, and a supportive, collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate client needs across both business and technical domains to ensure project success.
- Manage projects to meet agreed-upon timelines and delivery goals.
- Create, optimize, and document processes to ensure alignment with project roadmaps.
- Act as a primary bridge between internal teams and our clients.
- Oversee the management of digital assets, including websites, hosting, and applications.
- Collaborate on task estimation, prioritization, and the proposal of new features or improvements.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Product Manager within technology-focused environments.
- A strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, ideally with experience in highly technical software projects.
- Proven ability to manage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders across various departments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Experience with financial budgeting.
- Professional fluency in both English (B2 level or higher) and Spanish.

- Experience working with agile, asynchronous workflows.
