About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager for Spatial Design to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary operational lead for our spatial planning projects. You will act as a key advisor to our clients while ensuring that every project remains on budget and perfectly aligned with our creative standards. You will be the central point of contact for our internal teams, including design, studio, production, and logistics, ensuring that every detail is executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex client briefs into actionable spatial design concepts while managing the entire tender process alongside our creative and production departments.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of project production, which includes creating detailed schedules, managing financial budgets, and coordinating with both internal staff and external vendors.
• Supervise the on-site execution and installation phases to ensure that all deliverables meet our quality standards and adhere to the project timeline.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of spatial design. We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in project coordination and budget management within a design or agency environment.
• Strong creative direction skills with the ability to balance aesthetic goals with technical and economic constraints.
• A commitment to sustainability and eco-design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills in French, as you will be responsible for client reporting and managing stakeholder relationships.
• A strategic mindset for planning, reporting, and team leadership.

Location

This position is based in France and requires an on-site presence to effectively manage our production and installation workflows.
