At Brooks, we believe that a run has the power to change a day, a life, and even the world. We are obsessed with creating the best running gear on the planet, and our team is the heart of that mission. We foster a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves, guided by values like keeping the runner first and maintaining a champion heart. As our European business continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in the Netherlands and help us drive innovation through improved customer experiences, new supply chain models, and better data utilization.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage a diverse portfolio of EMEA roadmap projects, spanning IT, B2B, B2C, infrastructure, and core business operations.
- You will lead projects through every phase of the lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to final execution, while ensuring scope, schedule, and costs are strictly monitored.
- You will serve as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Digital, while collaborating with vendors and our global IT colleagues to ensure successful outcomes.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in project management and a passion for our active lifestyle brand. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, specifically handling cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven success in delivering projects related to supply chain, ERP systems, digital products, infrastructure, or business intelligence.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- A relevant project management certification, such as PMI or Prince 2.
- Experience working within a matrixed environment and proficiency with standard project management software tools.
- A genuine passion for running and an empathetic approach to understanding the needs of our community.
What you'll get
Joining our team means becoming part of a global company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. While we do not have specific salary figures to share at this time, we offer a dynamic, collaborative work environment where your contributions directly impact the runner experience. We are committed to your professional growth and provide the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that push our business forward in the EMEA region.
