The role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the world. You will play a critical role in our ecosystem by managing the integration of our Property Management Systems (PMS) to ensure our global hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of PMS implementation and integration projects across our various brands and international regions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners like Oracle Hospitality and Amadeus, ensuring technical coordination and the successful delivery of project milestones.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies while utilizing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow to maintain alignment with our internal product, architecture, and security teams.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in technology and project management. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Project Management, specifically within complex technical or integration environments.
• Proficiency in managing integrations with major systems, including Oracle products like OPERA Cloud and Simphony.
• Strong capability in Risk Management, technical testing coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our global teams and external vendors.
• A proven ability to oversee system validation and ensure compliance with global security and integration standards.
