What you bring

We are seeking a Project Manager to take on a full-time role based in the United States. You will be instrumental in driving our automation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Python, JavaScript, and C++ to build smarter workflows. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing comprehensive automation strategies that align with our core business objectives and market trends.
• Analyzing existing workflows within our delivery organizations to identify and execute high-impact process improvements.
• Leading cross-functional projects to develop technical solutions that reduce manual effort and accelerate project delivery speeds.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. We are looking for someone with three to five years of experience in project management, specifically within the realms of automation or process optimization. You must be comfortable working with programming languages like Python, C++, or JavaScript to help integrate and develop our technical tools. Beyond your technical background, you should be a strong communicator who can lead diverse teams, solve complex analytical problems, and provide effective training to colleagues as they transition to new automated systems.

What we offer
