What is this role?

We are looking for a Lead Project Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position where you will work closely with our project managers and supervisors to ensure our work is coordinated, controlled, and executed to the highest standard. You will be a vital part of our operations, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence while fostering a positive company culture.

What will you do?

• Take charge of technical reviews, engineering administration, and site inspections to ensure project success.
• Manage complex project elements including scheduling, planning, procurement, and QHSE compliance.
• Oversee cost control and stakeholder management while providing leadership to the project team.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering and ideally 8 or more years of industry experience. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and brings a strong blend of technical and interpersonal skills.

• You have advanced proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• You are skilled in Microsoft Project and have a sharp eye for construction budgeting and forecasting.
• You can interpret complex drawings and plans with ease.
• You possess strong leadership and organizational abilities, and you have a great sense of humor.
