In this full-time, hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, you will partner closely with our engineering and product teams to drive the successful delivery of essential projects. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business to solve unique challenges and support our broader technology mission.
Key outcomes
- Define project scope by gathering detailed requirements.
- Monitor project resources to ensure efficient usage and tracking.
- Assist the project team in achieving their core goals and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate project meetings and foster effective collaboration among team members.
- Distribute project updates, outcomes, and follow-up actions to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks and issues using established tools and techniques.
- Gather data to score potential risks and contribute to the development of mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a project coordination role or a similar function.
- A background working within the technology product development space.
- Experience in software, automation, or hardware engineering industries.
- Professional proficiency in English.
