Programmer Analyst at NH Ball Bearings

Our HiTech Division at New Hampshire Ball Bearings is looking for a Senior Programmer Analyst to join our IT team at our manufacturing facility in Peterborough, NH. You will play a key role in designing and implementing multi-tier software solutions while working directly with subject matter experts to translate business needs into effective technical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end web applications using PHP, Python, and SQL Server.
• Manage the full software development life cycle, from initial requirement analysis to final production deployment.
• Create technical specifications and documentation for all developed processes.
• Provide training and instructional support to end users.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Windows applications and web-based tools.

Must-haves

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience building web applications and WEB APIs on MySQL and SQL Server platforms.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS3, XML, JSON, and AJAX.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, managers, and stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or hold asylee or refugee status to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
• This is an on-site position based in Peterborough, NH.
