We are looking for a Lead Programme Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our project services function by managing the successful delivery of complex business change and IT initiatives across a multi-client estate. A primary focus of this position involves overseeing the migration of clients between systems, which requires a dynamic individual with strong commercial awareness and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Please note that this role requires a level of mobility to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, initiate, and lead large-scale, complex programmes, such as Divisional Target Operating Models, to achieve defined business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end programme lifecycle, including planning, budget control, and ensuring projects are delivered to agreed standards of time, cost, and quality.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and maintain clear communication with key business and client stakeholders throughout the project duration.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in driving complex business change and capital investment programmes within a matrix environment. We value candidates who can lead by example and demonstrate excellent relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in line management, including objective setting and performance management for project managers.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders effectively while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Desirable qualifications and knowledge include: PRINCE 2 Practitioner or equivalent, experience in outsourcing or contact centre environments, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL principles.
- Advantageous skills: Previous experience with Citrix technology.
