We are looking for a dedicated Programme Manager to join our team at the Creative Economy Practice, a core division of the CcHUB Group. Since our launch in 2010, we have been committed to accelerating social capital and technology to drive economic prosperity across Africa. Our practice specifically works to foster job creation, wealth, and creative expression by applying innovative technology to the African creative sector. We operate through research, ecosystem development, investment readiness programs, and direct investments via our Syndicate Fund, and we would love for you to help us scale this vital work.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead the end-to-end delivery of our creative economy programs, which includes managing project timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure every initiative meets its strategic goals.
- You will act as the primary point of contact for our diverse network of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships while coordinating with our finance, communications, and design teams to execute our portfolio of accelerators and incubators.
- You will drive our growth by identifying new thematic priorities, pitching concept notes to potential partners, and actively participating in the design and submission of donor and grant applications.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this senior-level role, you should be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the African creative landscape. You will need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong expertise in project management, including the ability to oversee complex budgets and detailed project planning.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to navigate relationships across both African and international networks.
- A solid background in digital marketing and audience development to help amplify our impact.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to translate research and trends into actionable programs.
- Fluency in English, as this is essential for our communication and reporting requirements.
What you'll get
By joining us, you will be based on-site in Nigeria, working in a dynamic environment that values innovation and social impact. You will have the opportunity to:
- Shape the future of the African creative economy through high-impact programming.
- Collaborate with a talented, multidisciplinary team dedicated to economic growth.
- Take ownership of significant projects that bridge the gap between technology and creative expression.
