EquipmentShare is looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join our Core Tech team and help us build a connected jobsite for modern contractors. We provide technology solutions that boost productivity and equipment uptime, and we are seeking an experienced professional who can thrive in an agile environment to help us continue transforming the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Support product and project leads by ensuring timely communication, milestone tracking, and effective team coordination.
Identify and mitigate risks, monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and manage escalations.
Execute go-to-market strategies by gathering business requirements, building roadmaps, and establishing meaningful performance metrics.
Collaborate with technology and product teams to develop tools that support our scaling business.
Maintain clear documentation and facilitate communication across various internal teams and stakeholders.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.
5+ years of experience delivering projects across cross-functional teams.
5+ years of experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
3+ years of experience in team management.
Proven ability to define program requirements and use data to drive improvements.
A proactive mindset with a track record of solving complex problems creatively.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Previous experience working within the construction or fleet management sectors.
Background in a SaaS environment.
