The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join our product organization on a contract basis. This is a vital role for someone who thrives on connecting the dots across different teams and ensuring our projects cross the finish line successfully. You will serve as a central hub for communication, helping us navigate complex product initiatives and ensuring our strategic goals are met with precision. As a key partner to our product development teams, you will have the chance to make an immediate impact on how we build and deliver our tools to creators worldwide.
A day in the life
- You will partner closely with product development teams to build clear decision-making frameworks and drive progress on our most important workstreams.
- You will act as a primary communicator for the team by tracking major milestones, flagging potential bottlenecks, and keeping stakeholders updated on our delivery status.
- You will proactively look for gaps in our program operations and identify creative solutions to keep our projects moving forward efficiently.
Who you are
You are a strategic thinker who brings at least 3 years of relevant experience to the table. You have a background in project or program management within a product-focused environment and understand how to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic workplace. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English, which allow you to influence others and build lasting relationships across all levels of the organization. Most importantly, you are a self-starter who knows how to zoom in on the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
