What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a high-level position for someone with significant experience in the automotive sector who is ready to take ownership of vehicle test programs and lead our technical projects to success.
What will you do?
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing the Voice of Customer process to ensure we meet their specific data acquisition and presentation needs.
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle of engineering projects, which includes monitoring fleet performance, managing hardware deployment schedules, and ensuring that all data collected is accurate and complete.
- You will lead a team of Project Engineers and collaborate closely with our software and management departments to develop new strategies, resolve system anomalies, and maintain high standards for data creation.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in engineering, mathematics, or the automotive field. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Engineering, or Mathematics, combined with at least four years of relevant professional experience.
- Deep expertise in OE and aftermarket engine, transmission, and OBD vehicle calibration, as well as a comprehensive understanding of how complex vehicle systems interact.
- Proficiency with data acquisition and analysis tools, along with a strong ability to use statistical methods to interpret findings.
- Experience with programming languages like C, C++, or Java is highly desired.
- Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with our clients and internal teams.
