Responsibilities
- Standardize our internal processes and procedures to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate clear program roadmaps.
- Hold team members accountable to established program timelines.
- Prioritize and execute program outcomes effectively.
- Coordinate and plan customer and employee field trials alongside our Research and Product teams.
- Partner with leadership to manage risks and provide regular status updates.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordinate activities across multiple cross-functional teams.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Proven background in a program or project management role that involved working across multiple business units.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes, and ambiguous environment.
- Experience establishing sustainable processes for a team.
- Comfort working in a highly technical environment with an analytical, action-oriented mindset.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing projects that include hardware and firmware elements.
