Program Manager at Sigmoid Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is an executive-level role that requires a mature professional capable of taking full ownership of client relationships and project outcomes. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our delivery teams and our clients, ensuring that we maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle by managing detailed plans and ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Provide strong leadership to our teams, fostering an environment of open communication and collaborative effort to achieve our shared objectives.
• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, utilizing your skills in conflict resolution to navigate disagreements and maintain productive partnerships.

Requirements

We are searching for a candidate with over eight years of professional experience. To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Communication: You must be able to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including executives and technical delivery teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with project management platforms like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and SAP is essential. Proficiency in SQL, R, and Python is also highly valued.
• Strategic Thinking: You should demonstrate strong critical thinking and risk management abilities, allowing you to proactively identify potential issues and solve problems as they arise.
• Adaptability: We need someone who can maintain structure in complex environments and adjust strategies when faced with changing circumstances.
