The role
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of our ICHRA product offerings. You will lead complex initiatives by coordinating across various departments, including product management, engineering, operations, compliance, sales, and customer service. We are looking for someone who can master the intricacies of ICHRA products and apply that expertise to ensure we deliver a superior experience for our customers.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program schedules that align cross-functional teams, such as tech, finance, carrier relations, and operations, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, working closely with leadership to solve systemic problems and ensure operational workflows remain on track.
- Own the documentation of processes and procedures, manage the program budget, and lead change management efforts for new product initiatives.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in program management, ideally within the health tech, insurtech, or fintech sectors.
- A proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple dependencies.
- Strong abilities in risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to quickly learn the regulatory environment surrounding ICHRA products.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
- Proficiency in English is required.
