We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager for Global Learning and Development to join our team in either Parsippany, New Jersey, or Bloomington, Indiana, to help us foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the strategy and deployment of our Learning Management System, ABSORB, while utilizing digital tools to ensure training is accessible and effective for all employees.
• You will design and facilitate innovative learning programs, including leadership development and essential skill-building workshops, managing the entire lifecycle of these initiatives from initial assessment to final evaluation.
• You will drive employee engagement by analyzing feedback from surveys and focus groups, providing actionable insights to leadership to help us cultivate a thriving and satisfied workplace culture.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in organizational development and a passion for helping others reach their full potential. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or organizational development, with a master’s degree being a plus.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in learning and development, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and the ability to manage learning management systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to interpret metrics to improve program effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across various departments and organizational levels.
