The role

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is driven by goals and eager to grow professionally. You will be a key point of contact for families, helping them navigate the tutoring process while ensuring our high standards of service are met every day.

Core responsibilities

• Connect with parents via phone to match high school students with the ideal tutors, ensuring every placement is thoughtful and effective.
• Expand our reach by fostering relationships with schools and education professionals while maintaining our existing referral networks.
• Consult with families following practice SAT and ACT exams to provide detailed feedback on student performance and progress.
