The role

We are looking for a Senior Profile Scripting Language Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a critical role in driving key initiatives for a large-scale banking client, leveraging your technical expertise to solve complex problems within the fintech space.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality code using Profile Scripting Language to support banking infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with diverse engineering and product teams to ensure our solutions align with core banking principles.
• Apply your analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance within the GT.M database environment.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in financial services and the following technical qualifications:

• Deep experience with Profile Scripting Language, including MUMP and PSL.
• Proven track record working with the GT.M database.
• Strong understanding of core banking practices and principles.
• Excellent communication skills that allow you to work effectively across various teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities for complex problem solving.
• Bonus points for experience with: Automated testing (Z-unit), Agile methodologies, shell scripting (BSH), monitoring and alerting, Unix-based infrastructure, and AWS services like EC2, S3, and Cloudwatch.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $120,000 to $205,000. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your unique skills, experience, location, and client billing requirements. In addition to your salary, we provide:
