We are looking for a dedicated Production Manager to join our team in the Netherlands and help us continue to disrupt the world of men's tailoring.

The opportunity

As our Production Manager for Custom Made, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our bespoke garments meet the high standards our customers expect. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production lifecycle, from fabric procurement to final delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work alongside our Custom Made Team Lead to guide three Production Coordinators, ensuring that our workflows remain efficient and our quality remains unmatched.

A day in the life

• You will manage the end-to-end production process for custom garments, which includes handling fabric call-offs and ensuring every piece is delivered on time and to our exact quality specifications.
• You will lead and support the Custom Made team, providing the mentorship necessary to keep performance high while collaborating with departments like IT, Operations, and Product Development to push projects forward.
• You will analyze production data to generate regular reports for stakeholders, while actively identifying and implementing process improvements to solve any operational challenges that arise.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for garment construction and a sharp eye for detail. You possess the leadership skills required to motivate a team and the communication abilities to bridge the gap between different departments. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in production management, ideally within the custom-made clothing sector, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• A strong grasp of production planning, garment construction, and fabric properties.
• Fluency in English is required, and the ability to speak Chinese is considered a valuable bonus.
• An analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and an interest in sustainable production practices.
