We are looking for a dedicated Product Technology Manager to join our team and help us transform our support domains into high-performing Enterprise Engineering products.
What you'll be doing
- You will define the vision and narrative for our support products, focusing on AI-driven workflows and self-service capabilities that span IT, product, and retail support.
- You will establish clear outcomes and guardrails for our engineering teams, overseeing areas such as automation, incident and change orchestration, and vendor governance.
- You will manage cross-tribe dependencies and ensure that all service migrations and product improvements are delivered without compromising our service level agreements.
What you'll bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, service management, or operations within IT support or service desk environments.
- You possess a strong technical foundation, including hands-on familiarity with automation, support tooling, and integration patterns.
- You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that improve support KPIs and incident management processes in regulated environments.
- You are fluent in English and are based in Croatia, Spain, or Slovakia.
- It is a plus if you have professional certifications in ITSM or product management, experience with AIOps, or a background in supporting distributed retail operations.
