The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Team Member to join our organization on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. As a member of our product team, you will have a direct impact on our platform's success and help us evolve our tools to meet the world's complex hiring needs. Please note that applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Core responsibilities
- Take ownership of product development initiatives to improve the long-term quality and performance of our platform.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to iterate on features that empower our users.
- Apply product development best practices to ensure our software remains a leader in the recruiting space.
Skills and experience
We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about product development and hiring. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative, distributed environment and possess a strong background in product strategy and execution. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
