What you bring

As a Senior Product Support Consultant, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our service and parts departments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scarborough, Maine, where you will manage accounts across several Maine counties. Your primary focus will be to provide expert guidance and sales support to help our clients achieve the lowest possible operating costs. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to promote our full range of product support services.
• Developing new business opportunities while managing existing accounts through our CRM software to meet specific sales and profit targets.
• Providing comprehensive customer training on unit operation and maintenance, while coordinating all necessary service repairs and parts deliveries.

Requirements
