Product Strategy Manager at Hang

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a foundational position where you will help define and build out our product strategy function. You will act as a primary relationship manager, helping our clients unlock the full value of our platform while serving as a key voice for our customers during internal product roadmap discussions.

What will you do?

• Partner closely with customer stakeholders to understand their specific needs and deliver significant business value.
• Develop comprehensive playbooks and frameworks for program benefits and rewards to ensure successful client launches.
• Collaborate with our internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive the adoption of new features and integrations.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in fields like consulting, product management, strategy, or customer success. You are a big picture thinker who enjoys crafting long-term strategy and possesses the ability to persuade senior executives. We value a scientific approach to problem-solving, where you form hypotheses and test them with data. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role. You will stand out if you have a background in investment banking or strategy consulting, experience with enterprise SaaS, or a genuine passion for the restaurant and consumer brand industries.
