At Vannevar Labs, we develop advanced defense software designed to support the public servants who keep our nation secure. We are a profitable, high-growth company backed by top-tier investors, and we are currently seeking a Senior Product Strategist to act as a mini-startup CEO within our organization to help us expand into new mission areas.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prototype software solutions to help us enter and scale within new, adjacent mission areas.
- Deepen your expertise by spending significant time embedded with users on military bases to understand their challenges.
- Collaborate with a small, focused engineering team to rapidly test product hypotheses and iterate on v0 prototypes.
- Work alongside our mission development team to drive growth and secure interest in the products you are building.
- Foster a culture of speed and mission-first development by keeping documentation light and ensuring engineers have direct exposure to the field.
Must-haves
- Prior experience working within the defense, intelligence, or national security sectors.
- Proven background in product management or managing software deployments for Department of Defense users.
- U.S. Person status is required, along with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Fluency in English.
