We are the leading infrastructure provider for card issuance, processing, and payment management in Latin America. Our technology empowers banks, multinational corporations, and unicorns to launch and scale their credit, debit, and prepaid card businesses in just weeks through a single integration. We are currently looking for a Product Sr Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will become part of a group of over 230 professionals dedicated to revolutionizing the financial ecosystem across the region.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of features for our card authorization core, ensuring continuous improvement in our integration with card processors.
Manage the product backlog by prioritizing initiatives, defining roadmaps, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across IT, business, data, and infrastructure teams.
Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to formulate hypotheses, conduct testing, and measure the success of new features to ensure our solutions meet both regulatory requirements and client needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in product management or similar roles, specifically within the card, digital account, or fintech industries.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and product teams.
Professional proficiency in Spanish, with English or Portuguese skills considered a significant advantage.
Experience in B2B or Fintech environments is highly valued.
