About the Role
This is a full-time position for a Product Specialist. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our researchers, providing comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support. You will bridge the gap between our customers and our internal teams, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support and guidance to customers, including troubleshooting and configuration assistance to resolve issues effectively.
- Drive growth by identifying sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting the value of our platform to prospective users.
- Manage the vendor onboarding process, which includes handling documentation, facilitating smooth transitions, and assisting with billing and invoicing inquiries.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 4 years of experience in customer support or sales within a SaaS or technology startup environment.
- A strong understanding of how to work effectively in a remote and asynchronous setting.
- Availability to work during Pacific Time Zone hours.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly via email, chat, and video conferencing tools like Zoom.
- A proactive mindset focused on process improvement and a strong motivation to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Experience managing deadlines while maintaining high standards for accuracy and responsiveness.
